The Hyde Restaurant, H13 & Courtyard offers a delectable dining experience where you can indulge in a variety of our Executive Chefs’ specialties. Start your day with a full English buffet breakfast, enjoy a light meal at lunchtime and end the day by dining by candlelight with our carefully selected A La Carte Menu. Our hotel also has a spectacular Skye deck where guests can enjoy a drink while enjoying the sunset.
Our meals are made from locally sourced produce, offering a fresh delivery daily. For a more intimate option order room service and enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks in the comfort of your own Suite. We can cater for most dietary requirements.
